Celebrating Change

This September Breeze Hill and Counthill schools will be merging to create one academy and this project is one of many supporting the schools, families and communities throughout the change. Pupils from both schools worked together in a participant-led design process, creating a piece of high quality visual art.

Working with the Mela, Green Monster Arts, Groundwork, Extended Services, Arts Room and East Oldham District Partnership (to name but a few!) this project aims to develop the students into becoming a cohesive group that can exisit far beyond the project.

The finished artwork was displayed at The Mela on Sunday 27th June and was a huge sucess. Members of the public participated in workshops, creating their own 'mini drops' to take home themselves!
