The Festival is a small independent arts organisation in Oldham, Greater Manchester. We work with many different partners in the town to engage individuals and communities in using culture to make change.

The Festival's Aim: Building bridges through culture in Oldham

We develop projects which work towards our outcomes:

People are stronger in their own identities and have a more positive attitude towards each other

People are more confident and able to engage in arts and cultural activity

More people are playing their part in organising cultural activities with and for the benefit of the community.
