The Fesrtival was very pleased to work with the new Oldham Academy North on a number of projects and collaborations including Of All The People In All The World and What's The Harm In Harmony. One piece of work to stem from this new relationship was, the Little Angel Theatre’s production of HANDA’S SURPRISE brought to the old Grange School in September.. The Little Angel Theatre is one of the UK’s leading puppet companies. HANDA’S SURPRISE is set in the warmth and colour of a Kenyan village and features beautifully carved rod and hand puppets. As a part of a long term community cohesion project, early years pupils from schools in Royton, Cold Hurst and West Wood were invited to attend.
