A Big Thank You to all the festival volunteers.....

Festival of Diversity 2009 was a great success and we couldn't have done it without the support from our volunteers.

We had a team of festival photographers who were given the opportunity to work alongside a professional photographer and build their own portfolios. We trained a team of Guerrilla Reporters to capture people's experience at festival events, finding out what the word 'diversity' means to them and the community they live in. We also developed a team of creative volunteers who worked alongside professional artists throughout the summer on the We Made It project.

We are currently redeveloping the festival volunteer programme in order to align it to the new festival structure. To read more about the festival structure please read our report on the About Us page.

Once the new opportunities are available they will be posted on our website and included in our newsletter.
